Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not provide refunds once a purchase is made and credits are issued. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service or product at our site.

Credit Usage

Credits are used to upload and generate documents:

• Uploading documents requires 5 tokens per document.
• Generating a document requires 1 tokens per document.

Once credits are depleted, you will need to purchase additional credits to continue using our services.

Return and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy

We do not provide any refunds. Once the product is bought, customers can use the product until the credit is over. Once the credits are over, they have to buy more.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sarathadhi.com. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the services and any data or content associated with your account. We do not provide any refunds for unused credits upon cancellation.
